Baby and Me Blog train #2

It's time for the Baby and Me blog train to leave the station again !! It's a short train but I'm sure you'll find something that you'll like.

Our second Color Challenge was to create a minikit, or a layout with three papers, and three elements, using this palette created by Kaelira :










We all picked three colors to work with, and designed our own mini kits. Here we go !!!

BAM speed scrap

This weeks Bam (Baby and Me) speed scrap was hosted by Kasie. She gave out a direction

1. Go find your 1-2 photos.
2. Your background has to be WHITE. At least 2/3 of it does anyway. You may edge your paper or layer it so it's not completely white, or use a paper that is mostly white.
3. Choose one of these accent colors: pink red orange yellow green blue or purple. You may use this color and any other neutral color for your elements. Neutrals are brown, tan, cream/beige, black, gray, etc. I expect questions on this one. It was hard to explain.
4. Include a branch, leaf, vine, bark, tree trunk... a natural element.
5. Include a bug or animal somewhere in there. Paw prints and fur, animal spots and bug wings all count. Anything along those lines.
6. Journal. A lot. Down one side of the page.
7. Add some sparkles





I won this speed scrap, so I get to run the next one.

BAM week 24 challenge

It's hard to beleive that we've been doing this for 24 weeks already. Where does the time go ?
The challenge was to use at least 1 natural element. A REAL flower, Leaves, Branches, etc. Not silk flowers or leaves, but real from nature. I didn't know what I was going to do with this one, and I didn't even start working on it until Saturday morning, and it had to be submitted by Sunday. So I started looking throught my pictures and I found these two that I thought were just adoreable.
